We have constructed over approximately 200 homes on the Coromandel Peninsula and have experience in building to meet the specific requirements of coastal and farming communities, including Whangamata, Whiritoa, Athenree, Waihi, Waihi Beach, Pauanui, Matarangi, and the Waterways Developments in Whitianga.
Kevin Evans
Kevin, Managing Director of Evans Homes, began his career as a builder over 50 years ago and has extensive knowledge of the properties in the area. Formerly an Initial Homes by Lockwood franchise owner, he won New Zealand's top Initial franchise award five times. Kevin aims to make the building process stress-free. He also volunteered with the Whitianga Fire Brigade for 27 years and received a Gold Star for his service.
